Support for SSL Maven Repos

For improved security Codice Nexus should support SSL connections to it, as well as it should be using SSL to connect to maven central and other repos that support SSL

Oh I meant to add, perhaps there should be a Codice Jira project where these type of tickets can be sent, instead of the mailing list.  Just a thought :)

Agree, but there is an "infrastructure" target type under DDF that can do as a
work-around.
