Hi Jeff,

Are your projects related to DDF? Are they related Codice's mission of moving software from GOSS to FOSS? I think the first step might be a brief description, which from there would flow into a proposal and so on.

I'm sure others will chime in.

Michael

Subject: [codice] Starting a Project on Codice

I asked this question over email to the in...@codicefoundation.org<mailto:in...@codicefoundation.org> email address and I haven't heard back yet, so I apologize if this question is redundant.

I would like to explore getting a project or 2 setup on Codice. Is the first thing I need to do write a proposal as documented here: http://www.codice.org/contributing/proposal-template

Do I need a champion? If so how do I get one? Do you have an estimate of how long the process takes?

On a separate note, is it possible to get updated versions of Jira and Confluence installed? I am available to help the updates if you need extra help.

Thanks,
Jeff
