The attached form requests registration of a range of TRE tags (essentially anything starting with "TST") for test purposes. I plan to make test files to exercise an open-source implementation, and do not want to use values that will conflict with future real-world use.

Google does allow you to add additional email addresses to your profile and then use those addresses for groups.  That's how I have my work email associated.
