Hi all,

My previous question has been resolved and I have run CODEX2 successfully. However my results include some CNVs that are identical in their CNV type, starting and ending base pair/exon and length. They only differ by their chromosome which seems unlikely! Has anyone encountered this before? Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks,

Thomas Jones

Hi,

It’s probably just by chance. Have you checked the depth of coverage and the associated statistics?

Hi Yuchao,

Depth of coverage/ associated stats appear to be fine for the majority. Below is an example of the results, all from different samples. I have several more similar results. Could it be that somewhere upstream the positions are being matched by position rather than chromosome+position?

Many thanks,
Tom Jones
