Hi all,
My previous question has been resolved and I have run CODEX2 successfully. However my results include some CNVs that are identical in their CNV type, starting and ending base pair/exon and length. They only differ by their chromosome which seems unlikely! Has anyone encountered this before? Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks,Thomas Jones--
