More honor by script time execution

Hey, I think that it's a good idea to give extra honor according to script's execution time, of course the faster get more honor and vice versa.

What do you think??

+1 on performance testing, but I think I'd prefer testing complexity, like expect O(n) or something like that?

Would be cool to include in some form, but sometime making the code faster can make it really unreadable.
