Frames root directory

Is there a way to control the root directory below which frames are
generated? Ideally I'd like to put the frames relative to the
directory I'm running code_swarm from, not in the code_swarm source
folder itself, which is where they're ending up.

You can specify an absolute file path in the config file with
SnapshotLocation. It's not the same as specifying a relative path, but
it's better than having everything end up in your source directory. If
you use Windows, remember to escape the backslash character.
