[ANNOUNCE] codespell 1.7

codespell 1.7 is out:

As you can see from the links above we are now using github for releases.

Now there's NEWS file, with these entries for this release:

* Fix handling foreign newline characters
* Update the list of misspellings
* Only process non-empty regular files
* Install in /usr/local by default
* Better support for colour output
