Position : WPF/UI Developer position - Direct client req. - @ NY (100% finance experience must for this position)
Duration : 6+ months
Location : NY
Client : Large Investment Bank
The client is a large Investment Bank in NYC, looking for a senior .NET UI developer with experience in WPF and .NET 3.0/3.5.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding and experience in .NET/C# and experience in developing Win Forms applications
Experience in WPF and .NET 3.0/3.5 including good grasp on XAML, WPF data binding and WPF threading model
Good understanding of design patterns particularly UI design patterns
Good sense of UI design, usability and user experience
Optional Skills:
Knowledge of composite UI application block
Experience or knowledge of WCF
Experience with cash management, portfolio management/portfolio analytics
Good SQL Server data modeling, design and development experience
