Need Sr. Business Analyst - CRM specialist

Requirement details:
Role: Sr. Business Analyst – CRM Specialist
Duration: 6 months
Location: Memphis, TN


We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst resource to support a CRM
Vendor Selection activity with an expected duration of approximately 6
months.
This resource should have deep functional knowledge of the CRM space
and experience in the non-profit space is highly desired (and almost
essential). Knowledge of Siebel and/or Blackbaud (which is a CRM tool
which has deep market penetration within the non-profit space) would
be a plus as well. This resource will not be responsible for creating
any deliverables; instead, this resource will serve as a facilitator
and SME to the team, who’ll have primary responsibility for performing
all tasks – and creating all deliverables – for this effort.
