Requirement Details:
Primary Role: Project Manager
Work Location: Bridgeport, CT,
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 3+months

Description:
Based in Bridgeport, Connecticut this position is responsible for
assisting in the development and management of 2 new credit card
products and facilitating the roll out of an expense management
process that is currently in pilot

Criteria:
• Developing and implementing marketing plans across a variety of
channels (Retail/Branch Network, Online, E-Mail, Direct Mail and
Telemarketing) and throughout the customer lifecycle (from launch
through account closure)
• Ensuring that products are launched on schedule and are consistent
with business objectives.
• Assisting in developing solutions to complex problems, particularly
around business requirements and solution design.
• Coordinating efforts within credit card marketing to ensure that the
programs and messaging is consistent with business objectives.
• Understanding research, key credit card metrics and revenue/cost
drivers in order to develop programs and strategies designed to
profitably grow the product.
• Expense Management: Facilitate rollout of expense reconciliation
process currently within pilot.

Required:
Experienced Marketer/Product or Project Manager
Education:
BS/BA in relevant area required (Marketing, Advertising,
Communications, Management or Business Administration). MBA
Preferred.
Experience:
7-10 years product marketing/project management or related experience,
preferably within Credit Cards and/ or retail banking.
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
Excellent PC skills using MS Office applications (Word,
Excel, Powerpoint)
Strong presence and competence.
