＜概要＞
今回は、Chrome Developer Advocate の Ilya Grigorik を迎え、SPDY導入方法を含むウェブアプリケーショ
ンの高速化やパフォーマンス向上の手法についてお話します。ご興味のある方はふるってご参加ください。

第 1 部：Making the Web Fast with PageSpeed
PageSpeed は、サイト所有者が自身のサイトを最適化し、そのプロセスを自動化をする Google によるプロジェクト スイートです：
Insights はお勧めを提案します。mod_pagespeed と ngx_pagespeed はサイトの最適化プロセスを自動化するオープ
ンソースプロジェクトです。PageSpeed Service は、2013 年に提供開始を予定している Google の新しい最適化サービス
です。本講演では、PageSpeed がどのように動き、どこに向かい、皆さんのサイトでどのように役立つかについて、詳しく見ていきます。

PageSpeed is a family of Google projects to help site owners optimize
their sites, and to automate the optimization process: insights
product delivers recommendations, mod_pagespeed and ngx_pagespeed are
open-source projects which automate the site optimization process, and
PageSpeed Service is a new Google hosted optimization service to be
launched in 2013. In this talk we'll look under the hood of PageSpeed
to see how it works, where it's heading, and how you can take
advantage of it on your own site!

第 2 部：Wait, Chrome DevTools can do THAT?
皆さんが使われているブラウザは、（あなたがまだ気付かれていないだけで）最高の計測用の開発プラットフォームの 1 つです。もちろん、ソースコード
を調べ、DOM を解析し、CSS をいじって、さらにいくつかの JavaScript の式を評価することができますが、できることはまだまだあり
ます！本講演では、ウェブアプリケーションのパフォーマンスに関する問題を発見し、デバッグするのを手助けするヒントやトリック、隠れた機能をご紹介し
ます。

Your browser is one of the most and best instrumented development
platforms - you may just not realize it yet. Of course, you can
inspect the source, walk the DOM, fiddle with the CSS, and even
evaluate some Javascript expressions, but there is so much more! We'll
take a look at a collection of tips, tricks, and hidden features in
Chrome to help you find performance problems and debug your web
applications!
