Help on Galera Clustering using docker containers (Mariadb)

 I am Akshay , working on galera clusters using docker setup (Mariadb). I am trying to setup a cluster with data.
Node -1 has my data and working good , node -2 when started keep on restarting saying 

Error: 

WSREP_SST: [INFO] Previous SST is not completed, waiting for it to exit (20250820 21:50:24.806)
I cleansed all the data and restarted and firewall is good and configuration is good and has my sstuser all the privileges and was debugging it for hours, but could not able to resolve this Issue.
I have attached my Logs for node 2, node 1 and also my yml and cnf files .
If you have some time can you help me resolving this?
