Galera Cluster mariadb down when use sysbench test write only all node

my setup

galera 4.0

mariadb 10.6

haproxy set balance. leastconn

db1 , db2 ,db3 , haproxy

when i use sysbench test write_only.lua thread=1000 my mariadb in cluster node fail all node but when i test on single node can process fine .

please help to find out can rum write all node more concurrent
