node get disconnected

We have 3 node galera cluster and after upgrading a node from debian 10 to 11, I can see on icinga monitoring which says disconnected node (this is the upgraded node) but when i check the running config i can see all the cluster nodes are present and cluster weight is 3.

What could be the reason for icinga to show the upgraded node as disconnected. Also the mariadb got upgraded from 10.6.8 to 10.6.10

Can someone please help me with this
