when starting mysql Galera i get ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL

i have done setup of galera between three nodes when i do mysql service restart the follwing issue is appearing :

ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2) 

same goes for the remaing nodes

mysql version : 8.0.28-26.10 

Os:luinx ubuntu 22.04

galera version 4

Did you stop any running MySQL instance and did you create the cluster on the (your own picking) first node?    "sudo galera_new_cluster"
