New issue 509 by
mc...@amazon.com: Code Review Notifications from some
accounts are sent directly to Spam
https://code.google.com/p/rietveld/issues/detail?id=509
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a Google account from a corporate domain (in my case, it's
amazon.com).
2. Post a new code review at
https://chromiumcodereview.appspot.com/, and
specify a reviewer from @
chromium.org. Click "Publish and Mail".
3. The review notification email goes to the recipient's spam folder. In
many cases, this causes the code review request to go unnoticed.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Generally, notifications should be delivered successfully from rietveld and
flagged as spam. Perhaps rietveld is doing something that trips up DMARC,
etc.
What browser are you using? What version? On what operating system?
Occurs under several browsers: FireFox, Safari, Chrome, etc.
At what URL are you accessing Rietveld?
https://chromiumcodereview.appspot.com/
Please provide any additional information below.
Issue has occurred continuously since June 2013. Note that direct emails
sent from a mail client (i.e., going through the corporate mail servers),
are not flagged as spam and delivered to the intended recipient's mailboxes.
