What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any non-closed issue on a mobile device (e.g. Nexus 5)
2. Click on "Try more bots"
3. Select some bots and try to click "Update"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to click on "Update", but unable as it's beyond screen
boundaries. Opening dialog at various zoom levels or trying to change zoom
level after the dialog was opened doesn't help.

What browser are you using? What version? On what operating system?
Google Chrome on Nexus 5.
