Sync previous commits to the new email id

Hi! All,

I am contributing to blink-chromium for the last few months. 

I am using the following id to contribute patches - tan...@samsung.com

However, I accidentally deleted this account yesterday. 

I was again able to re-create the same id and continue contributing patches but the previous patches

are now not visible in the chromium issue ' Search' . 

Is there a way to link these commits to my user id?
