New feature: Private code reviews

With the integration of r428, and Guido's upgrading of codereview.appspot.com to include the new code, rietveld now has a nifty new feature: Private code reviews.
If you're posting some code for review, and you only want it to be visible by yourself and your reviewers/CCs, you can select the 'private' checkbox to ensure this is the case. Existing reviews can be toggled private/non-private at any time, and the command line tool has been extended to support a --private flag (you'll need to redownload it if you want that feature, naturally).
