Need help to restart Castlebar Coderdojo in September

Hello Students & Parents,

    We need new group of parents or a parent to take over the running of the dojo. I can't be there on Saturdays anymore and therefore I can't be the person in charge of Child Protection. So we are looking for parents interested enough to run the dojo. 

They don't need to know anything about code. They just have to email the group to let them know what day it's going on. They need to get Garda Vetted and take over Child Protection for the dojo. If you know anyone interested please let me know as we can't even get the mentors we have Garda Vetted until we have a new Champion.

    We haven't been active in the last year. We hope to start again by the end of April with a group of Mentors from GMIT. We will notify the Google group when there is a definite date.

Hello all,

       Just to update everyone on Castlebar Coderdojo. GMIT will run it for the next while. It will be run in GMIT with their students as Mentors. 

They are organizing the children (a small number 15 to 20) who will attend for the first group of sessions starting on 29th April. If they open it to others I will let you know but for now they will pick the students so no need to email to request a place, sorry.
