CoderDojo and HWF

Hello Lake Co.,

I want to introduce myself since I will be your local point of contact for concerns or issues within the CoderDojo community.  My name is Dave Welch and I work with the Iowa City dojo and will be on the Hello World Foundation (HWF) Community Committee.  Basically, I'll be a liaison with headquarters in Ireland for all local issues that may have community impact.  You can get more information on this page: http://helloworldfoundation.com/community-committee-positive-discussion-and-active-community-involvement/  

One of the issues we will be tackling in the next year is the HWF Charter that has been such a contentious topic lately.  I encourage you to take a look at the CoderDojo Organizer mailing list and I look forward to working with you all in the future.
