Hi All,
First off, I would like to suggest a meet up in the Carpenter on Sun evening (12th) to celebrate Bob's contribution to the Dojo and to the many children he has helped educate in STEM (and given a lifelong, hopefully, interest in coding and electronics). I'd suggest a few light drinks from 8pm in the lounge section to discuss past times and directions for the future - please let me know if this doesn't suit.
In general formality goes out the window at CoderDojo (with the exception of money and Child Protection) but there are a few financial and administrative items we need to discuss. As such we need to have a general AGM (in place of Bobs usual "Ducks in a row" meeting).
The general jist of this is the passing over of the admin of the Dojo from Bob to myself and Sreeni.
The plan is to have the AGM on the 13th Jan in CCC (Venue to be confirmed).
As part of the Castleknock CoderDojo 2020 AGM I would like to propose the following agenda. If anyone would like to propose an amendment please let me know as soon as possible so I can add it and redistribute the agenda.
⦁ Opening remarks/Welcome
⦁ Apologies (if necessary - please advise if you can't make the 13th Jan)
⦁ Statement of finance from finance office covering:
i. Credit Union account

iii. Insurance cover for 2020
⦁ Proposal of thanks to Ivo and John for being authorized signatories for the Castleknock CoderDojo finances and, ongoing, their replacement with Cormac Lane and Sreeni Kand.
⦁ Proposals for Chairman and Secretary of the Castleknock CoderDojo. (Voting procedure to be discussed if necessary)
⦁ A.O.B.
On the back of this formality I would also like to propose a discussion on the classes and mentors covering the classes for the Jan - Mar term of the Dojo.
If you would like to lead or aid in the mentoring or a class then please make sure you are in attendance or please forward on your suggestions so they can be discussed.
