End of the line.. for this year

Hi,

We had our last dojo for the year last Monday. We had hoped to bring some photographs, but had a problem developing the

photographs, so here a stock photo;

We did ask folks who attended to provide feedback, so we know what works and what does not work. An example of the form is here. Once we have had a chance  to look at the results we will sort out a term for post Christmas.  Rough term of dates ( first draft, thus not absolute yet )   Date Comment 28/1/2019   4/2/2019   11/2/2019   18/2/2019 School mid-term 25/2/2019   4/3/2019   11/3/2019   18/3/2019 Closed as Bank Holiday 25/3/2019   1/4/2019   8/4/2019 Last Night   Easter : 22nd April ( so not an issue )   Coolest Projects: 5th May Would like to build to this. In view of where Easter falls, we are not a million miles away from when term finishes to Coolest Projects ? Question is, we can break or not for mid-term, what are preferences ? So what happens next ?( Click on link ) Once we have agreed a term on dates, roughly two weeks before we start we will release  tickets to mentors only ( as a thank you for their time and effort), and to everyone one week before we restart. As we are coming towards Christmas, something to occupy minds; Microbit ( not hardware needed ) - a game tutorial Arduino ( if you have the hardware), projects to be done App Inventor ( advanced ) - a fun advent calendar We are trying to build up to Coolest Projects which is this year on 5th May. We will finish our term before this, but as its straight after Easter, so its worth trying to participate in. To get an idea what its about, ask at the dojo or watch this video. My son was studying Adruino with Ambrose in the last session. Great teacher !!
