Step by Step Breakout Instructions Review

So I've taken Kyle's slides and the talking bits and tried to condense them into a step by step document that puts more and more of the building in the student's hands as they go through it.  It introduces them to Scratch and they end up with Breakout at the end.  It proposes questions and suggests solutions with out hand holding at the end.  If you want, please take a look at it and if you want to propose changes I'll add you as an editor.  This really belongs in a wiki, but I want to polish it a bit before I throw it up on Kata.coderdojo.com.
