Some parent was onto Rosa saying she couldn't reach us via the e-mail address on Zen. Maybe Google Groups had blocked her.

I use Google apps (GMail) for all emails now Google probably never blocks their own but if she's with any other email provider there could be any kind of anti-spam issue
