The Hour of Code is almost upon us (8th - 12th Dec). Here are a some resources to learn to code and ways for you to get involved with the Hour of Code! You can also join the global movement by attending your local Dojo or registering your Dojo as an Hour of Code event via the website.
We are delighted to announce that CoderDojo and IBM are working together to provide Dojos with Remote IBMer (awesome people that work at IBM) Mentors! Learn all about Remote Mentoring and how your Dojo can avail of this awesome initiative!
BlueMix cloud platform can be used by CoderDojo Ninjas to build, manage, and run apps that they create at their Dojo. IBMers have developed a short course to teach Ninjas to build their own websites within BlueMix using node-js, a great way to progress from Scratch!
Join Anna and Elsa and inspire young people to take part in the global Hour of Code by sharing this game based coding tutorial with young female coders! This game will take an hour to play through and offers an easy introduction for young people to learn FUNdamental programming concepts!
