CoderDojo DCU - 5th October

The next CoderDojo will be this Saturday 5th October. Enter the Stokes Building via the round entrance at the small roundabout at the Collins Avenue entrance to DCU. We are on the first floor.   Get Tickets Now WE'RE MAKING A COOL GAME! We are changing the programme for Autumn 2019. We'll all be making a cool game together using either: Scratch Javascript Both streams will make the same game. Beginners, Scratch is for you. If you're already a Scratch expert and want a new challenge, choose Javascript. If you did HTML or 3D modelling before the summer, try the Javascript stream.  No problem to switch streams as we go along. Because everyone will be working on the same game, switching will be easy. Our goal in making this game together is for everyone to get a strong basis in programming fundamentals while having fun! Later in the year you'll apply that knowledge to make something really cool!! MID-DOJO BREAK Between 11:00 and 11:30 we'll have a break to allow you to stretch your legs, explore the campus and get a snack.  VENUE Remember, we are in computer labs S143 and S144, first floor, in the Stokes Building on the DCU campus.
