Just to fill you in - Deirdre and I met with David Henry at the Quality Hotel today and he is very happy to allow us use the recently refurbished Garden Room (beside the playground) and on occasions when that is not available another room can be provided.
There is Wi-fi and a Flat Screen TV/Projector which we can use. David said he will set the room up for us - The room is absolutely ideal.
And he also said that when we are up and running he can arrange to keep the coffee shop open for the parents till 8pm.
So we should be nearly all set for our first 'pilot' night on the 18th.
