Attached please find the Garda Vetting Form. All mentors and parents
that will be attending regularly and helping with the children need to
complete this form.

Please note they MUST be printed double sided on an A4 sheet and also
you must put "Coder Dojo Mentor - Clonakilty" or "Coder Dojo -
Rosscarbery" in the position field.

Please complete this form and bring it with you to the next session so
we can send in a bunch up to LIT to be processed.

If you are already Garda vetted by another organisation, we should
confirm if you need to complete this process. That other organisation
may not be able to provide confirmation and I don't think that we
should just take another person's word for it. This is how issues can
occur. As parents are required to stay with their children it
shouldn't be a big problem, but I think it's important to think it out
fully. Any ideas?
