We are currently still in the organizing stage. Meaning we are looking to recruit some volunteers to help run our Coder Dojo.
CoderDojo is a movement orientated around running free not-for-profit coding clubs and regular sessions for young people., with an emphasis on open source and free software.

If your child is under the age of 12 you MUST have a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 stay with your child during each session. Although participation/attendance is free space will be limited. In order to ensure we do not have too many students show up to a session you must register your child to attend each session.

Each session will be 1 to 2 hours in duration. No food or drinks will be allowed in any sessions. Each child will need to bring his/her own laptop with power cord.

if you would like to register your child please contact us

Update *** September 23rd 2012

We will be having our Coder Dojo sessions every Saturday from 11:30am to 1:00pm hosted by the Microsoft Store
 in Huntington Station.

To have your child participate you must register (it's free). Our sessions will focus on game development and
website development and be geared towards children grades 1st through 6th. If you do not own a laptop your
child can bring to each session please let us know as we will have a limited number of laptops available.

Parents please note you or a legal guardian over the age of 18 will need to stay with your child during each session.
