CodePro Task Scheduler...

I am looking for a Task scheduler similar to that of CodePro Task Scheduler so I am automate various eclipse based actions / commands and workspace operations I have in my application...  Can  Task Scheduler be used standalone outside of the CodePro plugin base?  Might Task Scheduler alone be open sourced while we're waiting for CodePro to be released?

I assuming (bad thing), that Task Scheduler is only contained in CodePro code base.

The CodePro Task Scheduler very much requires Eclipse, but I don't recall it requiring that much from CodePro itself. It could probably be carved out without too much effort. I have attached the raw source for the scheduler. Note that this has not been cleaned up and does reference other parts of CodePro, so it won't run as-is. You can use it as a source of ideas and extract any bits you need. Our intent is to eventually clean up all of CodePro (including this code) and open source it, so this code will eventually be open sourced under EPL. We just need a few weeks where we have nothing else to do ;-)
