Tutorial for uploading my app to Apple App Store.

Hi guys,

Could you please recommend me a good tutorial for uploading my Codename One to Apple. I already have it in Google Play and it is working fine, but besides having requests to put it in the app store I know nothing but the fact that I need a Mac to do it. So I'm renting a Mac, I want to be as familiar as possible with the process for me to avoid expenses as much as possible. 

Any help is deeply appreciated.
