The above method results in displaying a blank/white form with a timer at the bottom left corner.
Tapping anywhere on the blank form starts the recording and the timer starts running.
How can I add a button/label on this form in order to have a more user-friendly UI?
How may I add a "cancel" command on this form?

I assume you see this on J2ME devices, captureAudio will launch the platform recording app on all supported platform and on J2ME a capture Form is being launched.
you cannot change it's appearance, but you can file us a RFE and we will add/change this.
