How can I create a windows 8 template?

I need to create a windows 8 layout/template, like in this link http://mrbool.com/creating-a-metro-style-menu-in-html-and-css/26266, but the codename one works only with java. Is there any way to create this template in codename one?

Codename One doesn't work that way.
You need to use Codename One to create the UI in order for it to work on all platforms. Your link isn't working for me but you can create pretty much any UI you would want, metro style menus are really just a simple grid layout.
