Button's Command property Disabled RolloverIcons, PressedIcon

Hi,

Noticed a bug in CN GUI Designer,

When a Button's Command property is set, the RolloverIcons, PressedIcon becomes disabled.

Also, if you set a component's Background style to Image_Aligned_Center, the component often have a white background by default.

Hi,
if you set a command then the icons are determined by the command not by the component. That's why they are disabled.
When an image is aligned the background color is drawn. If you set the transparency to 0 (the default in many themes) and you do this to a Form.... Well. It won't end well.
