Adjust component without scroll

Hi,

i have a page that contain all the component.when i run in the device having big screen, all the component are adjust without scrolling method.

But i want this to happen same in the device having small screen.

Simply, i want everything adjust according to the screen size without the help of scroll. 

Please have a look in the picture.

 

just wanna make it smaller according to mobile screen

Ya, but it doesnot show all the component in the small screen..

if i do that then i only shows half of the information..

I wanna manage all the information according to the screen size.

what's the layout. I notice a lot of spacing in your UI so it's very possible it just can't fit into place in the phone form factor.
