Slider isn't appeared on iOS (Device and Simulator)

Hello CN1,

by testing slider, I get problem by using it on iOS (devices and also simulator). There is only an empty space for slider bar. By testing on Android (devices and also simulator) the slider bar is there and usable (DataChangedListener).

The Slider is editable.

Could you please explain to me, what I must take care of it under iOS?

I think the design for it is missing in the default native theme on iOS. Can you please file an issue on this I'll try to add that.
