HTC One S browser

Hi,

HTC One S users complain that my app crashes on form with WebBrowser. Is it a known problem of this device or I should check and change something in my code?
I am using setBrowserNavigationCallback, setPinchToZoomEnabled and setPage.

Unfortunately I don't have a stack trace. There was only two reports from users in reviews about crash on HTC One S on 2000 installations. But no recorded crashes or stack trace in Play Market. Maybe the HTC has a popular custom build with some fancy browser or could users replace a system browser and application loads it in a WebBrowser component?
