Certificate Wizard Error

I am getting the error: Could not create appstore profile...You are not permitted to create distribution provisioning profiles for team.  Please contact one of your team admins, who can create a profile on your behalf.

I have tried this both as myself (I am an admin) as well as the main user / login.  Get the same error on his account.  I can create profiles (I have already created debug profiles, but now I want to create an in house distribution profile.

Try going thru the process of creating a distribution certificate in the Apple website, you can revoke it later with the wizard.
See if there are any restrictions or license dialogs you need to accept.

There are none.  I can generate all the certs, and apps and profiles as needed.  The release one just wont work (see other thread).

We'll have to check on that, if it works manually it should work with the wizard
