I'm experiencing the below error when sending a Windows phone 8 build, kindly assist if you can. Thanks in advance.

That's not the actual error. That is elsewhere in the log.
Notice that Windows Phone support is deprecated as it is superseded by UWP see https://www.codenameone.com/blog/first-uwp-app-and-the-way-forward.html
