Queued in iOS build server for 4 hours

I've had a iOS build queued for about 4 hours. I've checked my account status and it is current. I just cancelled it and rescheduled another build.

Is this a problem?

We've had a regression with the new VM that effectively made a simple build take 17 minutes instead of 1 minute. This only happens on the serves and we still can't reproduce this locally to fix this.
We reverted to an older version of the code while trying to resolve the issue.

This affected mostly free/basic subscribers since they would be lower on the queue and if the servers get clogged with a slow build they would effectively be locked out since any pro/enterprise account coming in would just grab their place in the line. Normally this isn't noticeable since we have enough servers to mask that. However, this slowness effectively eliminated our servers.

We are adding some servers to bolster the speed are also trying to figure out what went wrong.
