problem when create Android certificate

when i create  Android certificate then send my app to server i show this error can anyone tell me how fix it?

and why codename one changed this window?

It looks like you have an illegal character in your  XML file making it unreadable to NetBeans. Did you edit it?

i read this blog https://www.codenameone.com/manual/appendix-uwp.html 

and I wonder if I can build app for something like this devices ( HoloLens , internet of things ) using codename one ?

We don't have support for those because we haven't tested it and they are outside our domain of expertise.
