CN1 code changes do not take place on my bar file

I build for Android platform and then use this site:

http://apps.goodereader.com/apk-2-bar/

in order to convert the apk file to a bar file and install it to my Blackberry Z10.

The problem is that whatever changes I make to my code when I install the app to the BB Z10 it's always the same.. (as if I haven't made any changes)

Is there a problem in the build process or is it the converter site's error? 

Please indicate a different way to convert the apk to bar.

If the APK is correct but the bar is incorrect I'm guessing you should ask the guys with the converter tool.

Unfortunately the only converter tool that is working for me is the link I pasted in my initial message.

Please suggest another tool if you have anything in mind..
