Can't install on device

Hello,

I've been trying to install an app OTA on an iphone and an iPad but after 75% download is complete I get a message "Unable to download app". I've tried multiple times with no success. I also tried sending a build again but even the new build has the same issue.
What could be the problem?

I'm guessing this is due to the 64 bit migration.
