I loaded netbeans but my projects no longer have the cn1 logo, or right click, they appear to be normal java projects? How do I get them to work ?

You need to copy the CodeNameOneBuildClient.jar into your project's directory.

Create a new CN1 project and look at the project structure. Identify any missing jar files or properties files and copy them into your project.
