Drag Drop issue

Hi,

Currently the component in image gets drop only above another child container. If they are dropped below all child fragment within parent container they go back to their own original place. But i want the child container to be positioned last if they are dropped in that black area which is the area of parent container.

I have the screen shot..Please have a look

I have parent container as droptarget and child contianer as draggble.
