system "top bar" notyfications

I have a question about system top bar notification ( well known from android ).
Is a common implementation solution for all platforms in codename one for such notyfications ?
I couldn't find anything about that so I suppose in cn1 it not exist ? Correct ?

Display.notifyStatusBar is probably what you are looking for.
