If you are experiencing an issue please mention the full platform your issue applies to:
IDE: NetBeans/Eclipse/IDEA Netbeans 8.2
Desktop OS Windows 10
Simulator 3.72
Device Android & IOS

I have a Basic subscription currently, How can I retrieve and examine the Log.p or System.err.println output generated by mu app?

Regards

In Android you can connect a USB cable and look at the printouts using DDMS or logcat.
I haven't played much with iOS logging as I can just run the app in xcode. Currently there is an open issue with working with the cable due to Apples transition to unified logging. We are trying to resolve that but the only reliable way is the pro logging approach.
