I'm from Panama and I'm trying to buy the Kindle version in Amazon, but it sends me the following message:

"Debido a las restricciones de copyright, el título de Kindle que está intentando adquirir no está disponible en su país: Panamá."

"Due to copyright restrictions, the Kindle title you are trying to acquire is not available in your country: Panama."

I take this opportunity to ask if the source codes of the web socket and webservice are included.

Hi,

everything is included in the book/source bundle. 

The book is listed as available worldwide and full copyright license is granted so I'm not sure why this is blocked for Panama. That's probably an Amazon issue.

If might be available in physical book stores, they have a system for book ordering and might be able to locate the physical book for you.

Hi,

Since the problem manifests on your end it makes more sense that you should contact them.

Their support isn't exactly effective and it won't work well from my side as I have no idea what the problem is in this case. The book isn't blocked for a specific region and specifically marked as available world wide.
