WebSocket Local Server Setup

Hi Guys,

Following Steve's Project on Chat application using Websocket, I wanted to have my personal URL instead of his

ws://translation.weblite.ca:8080/cn1-websockets-demo/chat

But because since don't have a Java hosting. I decided to create a local server that uses 

ws://localhost:8025/chatapp-websockets/chat

It was a bit difficult for me but I managed to set it up. 

This inspired me to post a tutorial on GitHub with source for other Java newbies like myself.

Please don't get pissed by my unprofessional tutorial as I'm not a constant blogger.
